Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a part of our daily life, and “algorithmic creativity” the protection it by copyright law similarly gained spotlight recently. This article collects key arguments against proposal such protection. The core elements – namely concept authorship, originality moral rights, as well copyright’s history incentives are deeply rooted in an anthropocentric (although not only author-centric) world.
